"Had such a great experience with BYBS. I used to go to the gym a fair bit, but fell out of the routine and kind of gave up. However, I decided to sign up to BYBS because I wanted to be held accountable. My first phone call went really well and I felt like Abi really understood my goal and what I wanted to do. She took my life and routine into account and made me a really effective plan which got me going to the gym three times a week and even a home workout.
I also explained that I didn’t want a strict meal plan but that I wanted a macro target instead, so Abi created a target which I could track on My Fitness Pal, which meant I could eat my own food and still be healthy."
